The Service is operated by a private individual during early access stage.

The platform provides AI-based car photo enhancement and related media processing features.

  • Automated enhancement and output generation workflows.
  • History, storage, and export of generated assets.

2. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features may require a paid plan or active subscription.

  • Payments are handled by an external payment processor; we do not store full card credentials.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You must use the service lawfully and in good faith.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI-based processing. Results may contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or model bias.

User is responsible for reviewing generated content before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the images and materials they upload to the Service.

We do not acquire ownership rights over user content, except limited rights strictly necessary to host, process, and deliver the Service.

Generated output images created for the user belong to the user, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
